Birders delight -beautiful rainforest home -2 bedrooms /1 bath -TV/wifi/. Kitchen has fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, gas Hot water, inside washer/dryer and fans. This unique sits at the bottom of the Gaital mountain, has incredible views, gardens, mineral tub straight out of the mountain and a nature trail by the Anton river. Follow the trail for great birding morning or evening or just sit on the your porch and watch the magic. Wild pheasants, toucans, falcons, motmots and many more roost on the property. Only 2 cars on property /extra people or dogs will be charged extra $50 each extra unless other wise stated. 2 houses far apart on property if you have a big group. Ask for details.
We provide: cable/Wifi and essentials
El Valle has its own banks and ATM’s for your convenience. Plenty of grocery stores including El Rey.
Visit the Sleeping Indian, Cloud forest, Canopy ride, Serpentarium, thermal springs, butterfly house, Painted rock, zoo, go horseback riding and a great place to go is slot canyon (crystal clear waterfalls), ride the bus system( a good cheap way to see El Valle), indulge at the local spas.
For food, Doña Nella, La divina, Angus burger or (Casa de Lourdes RESERVATIONS REQUIRED). Small local restaurants are everywhere.
Get fresh fruits and vegetables at the fresh market and take a peek at the local arts and crafts area at the center of town. It is open daily and extra venders come on the weekend.

Excellent communication re directions, "check in" process etc.The bungalow was immaculately clean and very well equipped.And the location is definitely a piece of paradise - so lovely and so tranquil. And wonderful birdlife.We had a wonderfully peaceful time here. Thanks so much Valerie.

Lovely little slice of heaven in the foothills and very close to El Valle de Anton. We were very pleased. Even though the weather was not exactly great, that was to be expected and we actually enjoyed the ever changing climate. Felt like we were in a mountain rain forest. Misty, watching clouds dip and rise, enjoying the sunshine when it came out. This place is a bird watching paradise. Only one piece of advice….be careful of the roads getting there.

We felt safe in a nice, 2 bedroom/2bathroom house. Quiet, lots of butterflies, frogs and cricket sounds.

This is a hard one because we've stayed in many 5 star rentals and this one just didn't measure up. Toilet ring. Ant infestation. No pots big enough to make a large batch of both spaghetti and sauce. No blender. No stools for the eat-at counter. All of our other rentals were so much better. Host was friendly and helpful but somehow it just didn't suit us.
