Tucked away in a picturesque village, this beautifully restored Istrian estate offers the perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and authentic Mediterranean charm. Surrounded by nature and shaded outdoor areas, the property provides a tranquil setting for unforgettable moments with family and friends.

Originally a traditional Istrian home, the entire property was thoughtfully renovated in 2020 by a talented designer, combining rustic character with modern style. The estate consists of two separate buildings:

The main house features two inviting bedrooms, a sleek, fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy open-plan living and dining area.

The second building is a stylish guest apartment with two bedrooms, its own kitchen, and a spacious living room — ideal for extended families or groups seeking a bit of extra space and privacy.

Designed with comfort in mind, the entire complex is modern, well-appointed, and maintained to a high standard.

Despite its peaceful setting, the property is ideally located:

Just 9 km from the historic hilltop town of Labin

Only 14 km from Rabac and its stunning Adriatic beaches — about 15 minutes by car

A short 3 km drive to the nearest supermarket and some excellent local restaurants

Whether you're lounging in the shade, exploring nearby coastal towns, or enjoying local cuisine, this serene haven is your perfect base in Istria.

We’ll also provide you with a curated list of recommended activities, sights, and hidden-gem restaurants to help you make the most of your stay.
