The Fresh Catch Cottage was a dream- the perfect spot for our mother/daughter getaway! Location was so good- a quick drive to both downtown and the park. It made it so easy to swing back by the house if we forgot something or just wanted some down time. Great communication along the way!

Convenient location to Bar Harbor, Acadia, and the rest of Mt Desert Island. House was clean, kitchen was great, yard was useful/semi-private, and ev charger worked perfectly for us. Communication with host was pretty good. The one downside was that the internet network went down right before our stay, meaning no wireless or TV to unwind with. After a couple of days into our stay, the hosts setup a starlink connection, which was nice. Another unexpected thing was coming back to the home after being out and seeing a house perimeter pesticide application notice at the front door.

Lovely stay in Bar Harbor. Beautiful house and owners did a great job designing a space for a young family. Would absolutely recommend.
