Kitchen equip is minimal but worked for us most items needed cleaning. Not unusual for rental. Bed is not so good. The location is #1 excellent for non ocean front. Its a neighborhood of friendly folks. You can hear all the owners conversations as they live just outside the door.

The hot tub was great. And it was nice to have the beach chairs and umbrella for relaxing at the beach.

Could use a deeper clean but the location, garden and hot tub were wonderful! And check in was seamless.
