The kitchen is brand new — one of the most tangible improvements from the 2025 restoration. Fully equipped for a week of meals at home. An outdoor shower handles the sand. The garage provides covered parking for one car with two additional spaces outside — rare for a direct beachfront property on AMI.

The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops close by for exploring the full length of the island without moving your car.
