This beautiful two bedroom, two bath villa with ocean views is located in a peaceful area of Wild Dunes.
Enjoy the new open floor plan downstairs! The crisp new kitchen boasts all new stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry offering lots of storage, beautiful quartz counter tops, and tile flooring. Beyond the kitchen is the living and dining area which offers a new wine bar, complete with an under counter cooler. The dining area offers seating for four while the living room boasts a 65" large flat-screen TV with Blue Ray, and DVD and direct access to the porch with lovely ocean and pool views! Also downstairs is a guest bedroom with two twin beds and a 32” flat screen television, a bath (with a hairdryer!) shared with the hall, and a laundry room.
The master suite upstairs offers a king bed, 32” LCD flat screen television, a private bath (with a hairdryer!) There is covered parking underneath and access to a community pool.
This is a second floor unit with two flights of stairs to the front door. WiFi. Linens. No Smoking. No Pets.
**ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**
Beach Renourishment Notice: The island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project between July and September 2026. This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas. We love wild dunes, the floor plan works very well for us. This space was very clean and accommodating. Beware the photo for the second bedroom isn’t clear and looks to be a double and a single bed. It is 2 single beds which caused an issue. Also, we have been vacationing on wild dunes for 15 years. We unfortunately learned that we would not have access to the Sweetgrass or boardwalk inn amenities which was available until a change last year. But we learned this after our check in. Should be stated somewhere

From the living room and upstairs bedroom you can see the ocean. Very coastal vibe in the interior, great response time from management team. A suggestion would be to just activate a code and give the address in a text message an hour before arrival time. The beach access was closed due to erosion, you just had to walk a few min over to get to the beach. Pool was great, another suggestion would be to have beach chairs and beach towels for guests.
