Welcome to your beachfront haven in beautiful Cape San Blas! This spacious 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home is Gulf-front with its own private boardwalk to the beach, offering the perfect blend of comfort, space, and stunning views—ideal for families and groups up to 14 guests.
Main Level (1st Floor):
The open-concept main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cozy living room, and a convenient half bath. A serene king bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom is also located on this level
2nd Floor:
Upstairs, you'll find a luxurious king master suite with its own private bathroom, plus a king bedroom and a queen bedroom connected by a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom—perfect for families or couples traveling together.
3rd Floor:
The top floor is a fun and flexible bunkroom retreat, ideal for kids or teens, with its own full hallway bath.

We have been traveling to the area for the past 12 years and stayed in many different locations, but this was one of my favorites. The accommodations were as described and the location was perfect. The layout of the home also fit our needs perfectly and will look here for future reservations.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at the 5 bedroom beachfront cape haven house. We were on the beach, with wonderful views from every floor. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. It's in a great location, right by a beach store, coneheads where we had dinner and ice cream and right by the nature preserve. The family room needed more seating but was otherwise comfy and had books and games which was nice. the bedrooms were very spacious and clean as well. The only cons I would say is that the internet is not very good, and the decks needed more places to sit and enjoy. We had problems with some broken chairs and they came right out to fix them, so great response.

Our family had a wonderful stay. With easy beach access and stunning views from every level, the home was both comfortable and memorable. It truly felt like a home away from home, with the added bonus of incredible ocean views and vivid sunsets.

We enjoy Cape San Blas, the Coastal Joe team is great, but the house needs some dire repairs and a deep clean. The house is in a great place and decks are great. The carpet and living room furniture needs to be replaced. I’m not snooty but the carpet is very old and smelly. The furniture is dirty and broken. The master shower is needing repaired. The kitchen need a deep clean. I had to clean out the silverware drawer myself. The outside yard is a mess. Banisters were sticky, owner stuff in closets, very few glasses in cabinets. Cabinets were a mess. Building materials and satellite dish debris everywhere in the yard. The house is for sale so glad no one wanted to see it while there. We will be back to CSB and will rent from Coastal Joe again. We won’t be back to this house. Pics on website not true depiction of conditions.
