With two king suites, spacious gathering areas and room for up to ten guests. This mountain home is especially well suited for extended families, multiple couples and group ski vacations. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living area frame views of Vail Mountain and the surrounding peaks while filling the home with natural light throughout the day.
Located just minutes from both Vail Village and Lionshead Village. Guests enjoy easy access to skiing, dining, shopping, hiking, biking, golf and all of the year-round activities that make Vail one of Colorado's premier destinations.
LOCATION
A short five minute drive brings you to either Vail Village or Lionshead Village as well as nearby grocery stores, restaurants and shops. If you'd rather leave the car behind the complimentary in-town shuttle stops just outside the community and provides easy access throughout Vail.
For guests who enjoy exploring on foot, Lionshead Village is within walking distance via Lionshead Bridge. Nearby the North Trail offers a scenic and more rugged hike with rewarding valley views. Piney Lake and Piney River Ranch are approximately 30 minutes away and are among the area's most popular summer destinations.
LIVING SPACES
The Great Room features floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase views of Vail Mountain, the ski slopes and the surrounding Gore Range while filling the space with natural light. Complete with a fireplace, TV, powder room and the spacious open floor plan creates a comfortable setting for gathering with family and friends after a day on the slopes or trails.
The dining area seats six guests while the oversized kitchen island provides seating for five more. The fully equipped kitchen offers generous counter space and everything needed for preparing family meals, holiday dinners or a quick breakfast before heading out for the day. During the warmer months enjoy outdoor dining on the patio complete with comfortable seating and a barbecue grill.
PRIMARY SUITE
Located on the main level the primary suite offers private patio access, a fireplace, walk-in closet and a flatscreen TV. The en-suite bathroom features radiant heated floors and a spacious walk in shower. A king bed with a plush pillow top mattress provides a comfortable place to recharge after a day in the mountains.
SECOND KING SUITE
The upper level suite includes a king bed, en-suite bathroom, walk in closet, flatscreen TV and views toward the ski slopes. Having two king suites makes the home especially comfortable for multiple couples or families traveling together.
ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS
The lower level includes three additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, a laundry area and a convenient mudroom entry.
One guest room features a king bed. The second bedroom includes a log style twin over queen bunkbed while the third offers a queen over queen bunk bed that comfortably sleeps up to four guests.
The entryway serves as a practical mudroom with a large bench and plenty of space for skis, boots, coats, backpacks and outdoor gear.
The guest bathroom features a stone shower and handcrafted copper double vanity. A large capacity washer and dryer are also available for guest use.
Whether you're visiting for skiing, hiking, mountain biking, family gatherings or simply relaxing in the mountains this home provides a comfortable and convenient base for enjoying everything Vail has to offer.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

The house was perfect for our family. The size and accommodations with the open floor plan was great. The additional amenities were very nice such as the hot tub and pool. We utilized the free, convenient busing system to Vail Village many times. In addition, communication with the Property Manager was extremely good.

King rooms with baths on all three levels allowed for privacy. Loved large gathering area with plenty of seating for all. Fireplaces and hot tub were perfect for ski trip.

Overall had a nice stay in the villa. Needs a new microwave and the pilot for stove nweds to be fixed. Couldnt find remote for fireplace in bedroom either. Clean and well kept. Gym is nice on property. Easy to get to slopes. Enjoyed hot tub and views of slopes was nice.

The property was in a good location and conveniently located to Vail and Beaver Creek. We found a few issues with cleaning of the place. We saw mice the last in the family room, a thong in the half bath, a broken wine glass in the wine cabinet. There were some positives but overall a 3
