This privately owned condo offers a full kitchen, comfortable living room, and a cozy fireplace for après-ski relaxation. NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation. In the summer, opening a balcony door or windows cools the condo pretty quickly, but then you may hear some highway noise. We love the walkable location of Evergreen Lodge - close to both Lionshead and Vail Village! Our host was an excellent communicator during the entire process. The condo was clean and we appreciated the amenities (ex. hot tub) on the property. It was helpful to have a garage parking space included. The condo was spacious and easily accommodated our family of 4. We would return. Thank you!
