This top floor retro condo sleeps up to 18 people and has over 3200 square feet, and is also pet friendly! It is easy to catch the first chair in this ski-in/ski-out condo! Ski down to the base of the American Eagle Lift or the Green Acres learning area. This 7 bedroom condo is great for several families or groups! NEW KITCHEN! Featuring stainless steel appliances and a beautiful breakfast bar! The dinning room table can seat 8 people and there are 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar.
Relax after a long day on the slopes in the living room on the leather furniture in front of the gas fireplace, while having entertainment playing on the flat screen TV. There is another living area on the second level which features a new flat screen TV and leather furniture. Enjoy your morning on the private balcony with stunning views of the towering pine trees. This spacious condo is laid out over 3 levels. There is a living room and kitchen on the main level, and another living room on the second level. The bedrooms are laid out as follows -
Bedroom 1 the master bedroom features a King Bed. Located on the main level of the condo next to the kitchen. There is a flat screen TV and a private balcony. The en suite bathroom has a separate sink area, and a shower/tub combination with a curved shower curtain rod.
Bedroom 2 is on the second level of condo. King Bed and a TV.
Bedroom 3 is on the second level of condo. Queen Bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination with a curved shower curtain rod. The room features an architectural opening above the entryway that provides natural light and an open, air feel.
Bedroom 4 is on the second level of condo. King Bed and a TV.
Bedroom 5 is the second level of condo. Queen Bed and an en suite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination with a curved shower curtain rod. An interior cut-out above the main door allows for increased natural light and circulation.
Bedroom 6 on the third level of condo. Queen Over Queen Bunk Bed.
Bedroom 7 is on the third level of condo. Queen Over Queen Bunk Bed.
Living Room: Queen size sofa sleeper.
Loft has 2 twin beds. There are 2 bathrooms on the first floor. One is off the kitchen and the other is en suite to the master bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms on the second floor that are en suite to the rooms with queen beds. The 3rd floor does not have a bathroom.
Copper Mountain Inn is ski-in/ski-out to the American Eagle chairlift, which accesses intermediate terrain. There is also a "magic carpet" surface lift for first timers and beginners located right next to the American Eagle. There is an easy groomed trail that runs behind the building that accesses the Green Acres learning area. Green Acres has a "bunny slope" chairlift that is great for kids and beginners. This condo has a great location for all abilities! There is a private washer and dryer on the second floor of the unit as well as a shared laundry facility located on the third floor that is coin operated. There is one assigned parking spot in the garage beneath the condo with clearance being 6'10". All overflow vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot at the entrance of Copper Mountain for an additional charge during the winter, summer is free.
There is a private washer and dryer in the unit located on the second floor. There is also a shared laundry facility located on the third floor that is coin operated.
Pet friendly with additional fee $100 per dog, up to 2 max.

Ski in ski out was excellent feature. Spacing and layout was perfect for our group of 10. Some of amenities were dated, no hot tub, and limited parking (just 1 parking spot) for large group, but overall location spectacular with awesome views and access to Center Village lifts, shopping, and restaurants.

Even though it was a guys’ trip, I’m a darn picky guy - I was not let down. We each had space to enjoy - no shoving four people per room with this unit. The kitchen was well stocked with enough cookware we could cook for the whole units’ worth of adult men pretty smoothly. Two living rooms worked out very well and a table big enough to play Uno Party and get the whole experience. Ski home off of Frank’s Fave, but just a small wall to American Eagle. Recommended.

There is not one coffee maker that works well. The cooking pots and pans are poor quality and no medium size pans. The entrance door trim came off as we were leaving one afternoon and it wasn’t from abuse because we are construction people. We know how to handle property. The logs quit working and once again, we are probably more qualified than most visitors and we could not get it to come back on. The metal stairs are so incredibly loud and don’t compliment the property at all. Poor choice. Overall, not impressed with the property just the location. Good thing they have that and most visitors wouldn’t be like us I guess. We just know how things should be and this is not that. Sorry.
