Million-dollar views from this exquisite, custom-built, log home. A wall of windows provides spectacular, long-range southern mountain views and views of Lake Lure! This luxury home is full of places to relax and soak in the views with multiple entertainment areas.
About the Home
• Living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a gas-log fireplace, overlooking long-range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Lake Lure.
• Luxury kitchen with eat-in dining, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig Duo coffeemaker (that can be used with Keurig pods OR as a regular drip coffeemaker).
• Screened deck with stunning mountain views.
• Lower-level living area with 75" HDTV, wet bar, and access to a lower-level patio with a 6-person hot tub, gas grill, and 6-person dining table.
• Garage game room with foosball, ping pong, and air hockey.
• EV car charger outside the garage.
• This home is pet-friendly with an additional pet fee.

• The main floor offers a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, gas log fireplace, satellite HDTV, deck access, and en suite bathroom (walk-in shower).
• A second bedroom on the main floor offers a queen-size bed and satellite TV; a full bathroom with a walk-in shower can be accessed from the hallway.
• Upper-level loft with 50" satellite TV and 2 chairs that convert to twin-size sleepers.

During the colder winter months, icy and/or snowy road conditions and delayed snowplow operations are possible within the development. From December through March, please come prepared with AWD or 4WD vehicles. We also recommend travel insurance for those staying in the Gateway Mountain development during the winter months. No parking is allowed on roadways or at gate entrances. No RVs, boat trailers, camping trailers, or trailers of any kind are permitted in the Gateway Mountain Community.

At Last Lodge was an awesome home with amazing views. We loved the screened room off the main bedroom and living room that had a gas fireplace. We sat out there and enjoyed nature. The home is very private without us even seeing another vehicle for several days. We've stayed on Gateway Mountain at several homes which are all nice, but At Last Lodge was one of the best for a 70th birthday celebration!

The views initially drew us in, and they're even more stunning than the photos suggest. We were absolutely delighted by how beautiful, clean, and meticulously maintained this secluded mountain home is. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the whole-home Sonos sound system to the impeccably organized and well-stocked kitchen, cozy furnishings, and fenced yard perfect for our dog. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again!

Great, spacious, grand cabin with high end amenities. Love that it is contactless checkin and pet friendly. Host was friendly and cabin was very clean. We played games in the game room and thoroughly enjoyed the piano. The views....OMG...AMAZING views of the mountains and lake lure. Highly recommend.
