Cocoonr is offering this charming flat for rent in La Baule-Escoublac, just 200 metres from the beach. It measures 41 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. Wi-Fi (fibre optic) and bed linen are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 16 m² living room with armchairs, a dining area and a TV
- A separate, fully-equipped kitchen featuring, amongst other things: an oven, a microwave, a toaster and hobs...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A shower room with shower and toilet
Outside:
- A balcony of approximately 8 m² running along the front of the flat, with a table and chairs at your disposal
The flat is ideally situated in La Baule-Escoublac, in the prestigious Carré d’Or neighbourhood. It is located in a listed Art Deco residence, offering a very pleasant living environment. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market....
Activities:
- La Baule’s prestigious Carré d’Or, with its casino, luxury boutiques and thalassotherapy centre, just a 5-minute walk away.
- A lively daily market 10 minutes’ walk away, ideal for discovering local produce.
- A wide range of sporting activities nearby, such as horse riding and tennis, just a 10-minute walk away.
- Exciting water sports, such as sailing and sand yachting, a 5-minute walk away.
