Pets are permitted. There are two waterfront parks one block from the apartment . Don't have to walk far to walk your pet or take your young ones to the playground.

Enrique was very informative. We really enjoyed our stay in this place. Beach just a step. Umbrella and 2 chairs are available at this location for free. A lot of attractions and restaurants near by.

There were a few things that were weird, like getting the hot water to work in the shower and not being able to flush TP. Also no exhaust fan in the bathroom. But other than that it was a great listing. Perfect location, close enough to the action but far enough that it is quite at night. Right next to the beach and boardwalk! Owner was very communicative and willing to accommodate our requests. Would 100% recommend!

Throughout the trip there was a group of men jackhammering every day from morning until afternoon. It wasn't the host's fault as he wasn't made aware but for the second time coming to Miami our place we rent was being worked on which made it hard to relax. (We came in December, stayed at a hotel and it was being worked on as well--not this particular property but OMG I couldn't catch a break from it!)The property was clean, we were allowed to bring in our luggage before the condo was ready which was super nice of the host to allow that! The only other complaint was the WIFI service which was out for a few days, and my partner was oncall for his work which was a pain. Other than that the condo area was nice, had a great pool area, it was close to the beach which was a must for me. You were allowed to get free beach loungers and an umbrella which was great as well. All in all a good trip!

Location was excellent; as described. Close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Noisy area is a block or two away. We encountered issue with Internet - There was no Wi-Fi signal in the apartment. We contacted host through VRBO, message and a phone call, but there was no response until late next day. We were not able to use our laptops for work or watch World Cup FIFA as planned. Host Enrique was cooperative enough to give us refund for remaining days plus one more for our troubles and let us check out early. Nonetheless, it was troubling to spend time and extra money to find another hotel at last minute in the midst of vacation and FIFA FIFA season. HotelPrices were sky high. Also, Apartment is rundown, needs upgrading and caring. Quite blank without Decor, small beds ( master bed had sharp screws sticking out) Bathroom specially, shower was untidy. At the most, if you are on tight budget, it’s fine. Nothing to rave and savor about for the families. We were just 2 of us, even though I had asked permission for 3. 3 would not have fitted in that much space. I don’t write many reviews, and I am being as honest as possible with my review to give future guests and host equal understanding of the situation.
