This charming 1-room apartment “Else’ in “Villa Maybach” spans approximately 38 m² on the first floor and can accommodate up to 2 people. Centrally located in Westerland, the apartment combines timeless elegance with modern comfort. The “Else” apartment is named after the wife of its builder, Albert Abeling, who constructed the building in 1930. The on-site wellness area, along with its walking distance to the beach and Westerland’s city center, makes the apartment an ideal retreat. A popular bakery is located directly across the street.
