DESCRIPTION: The Willows is a beautifully updated 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom bungalow, located less than a mile to Old Town Pasadena, 1.5 miles to the famous Rose Bowl, and, with the freeway easily accessible, only a fifteen minutes drive to Downtown Los Angeles. If you are feeling a little more active, this Pasadena home is the perfect spot as it’s also very close to some of the best hiking trails around.
The living area includes a sofa/futon bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, and a cute little dining table to savor good homemade meals.
Bright and fully equipped, the kitchen features a full stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a convenient butcher block countertop. With many windows providing natural light, and lots of counter space, this roomy kitchen will make cooking at home a breeze!
The lovely bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, luxurious linens and pillows, a 6-drawers dressing for clothes storage, a ceiling fan, and A/C.
The modern and bright bathroom, accessible by the bedroom, offers a tub/shower combination.
The Willows also have a private and fully-fenced patio area. Equipped with a small table, chairs, and a BBQ grill, it’s the ideal space to enjoy your morning coffee or soak up a bit of sun in the afternoon.

BATHROOMS: There is 1 full bathroom in this home, accessed by the bedroom.
KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is outfitted with a full stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and all your cookware. There is a traditional drip-style coffee pot, microwave, and toaster. Additionally, all your cutlery as well as tableware are stocked. Basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) are also provided for your cooking needs.
PARKING: Free assigned driveway and paid overnight street parking. There is no garage access
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is any time before 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.
DISCLAIMER: NO events or gatherings, including bachelorette/bachelor parties, weddings, baby showers, or birthdays.
Dogs under 30LBS are welcome with an added pet fee. Please let us know the breed and weight when inquiring about a pet. THERE IS A $500 FINE FOR ANY PETS ON THE PROPERTY WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION.

This rental was perfect for my needs. Very clean, comfortable bed, cute place convenient to central Pasadena and very short walking distance to a grocery store. Also the company that manages the rental was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at The Willows for a month before moving into our new home. Positives are: handy location, quiet street, comfortable bed and air conditioning, reliable internet connection. Some fixtures and appliances are a bit dated and worn, but functional: clothes dryer, dishwasher, bathtub. No real workspace and dining table and chairs are very small, so computer work is a bit awkward. Couch (futon) is very hard (uncomfortable).

Ideally located to DTLA.Walking distance to Old Town Pasadena and both Baja and Vallarta SuperMarkets.Easy driving distance to both Whole Foods and Trader Joe's.Comfortable bed and well laid out kitchen.Clean, well stocked [bedding, linens, towels, plates, glasses and cutlery].Responsive to emails regarding questions\issues.
