The top floor expands the home's sleeping and entertainment options, ensuring ample space for all guests. A family room provides the perfect spot for unwinding, watching TV, or enjoying a quiet retreat, while a wet bar offers easy access to refreshments and snacks. A second laundry room makes longer stays even more convenient.

Both levels of Coastal Comfort feature expansive beachfront porches with unobstructed Gulf views, and the main living floor boasts covered areas ideal for outdoor dining and lounging beside the private pool. Outdoor entertaining is made easy with a large charcoal grill for cookouts, a long picnic table perfect for family meals, and a ping pong table for fun and recreation, all surrounded by plenty of shaded seating and outdoor living space.
