Oceanfront! Really nice kitchen and bathroom, new sofa and sleeper couch 2026. Largest view deck in a 2-bedroom condominium at Maui Sunset. Be the envy of your friend back home with photos from the lanai. Condo number is A-321 We provide full size bottles of Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bathroom. All bath and beach/pool towels are included. Really, just hit the grocery store and you are set for the week!
Easy access to tropical gardens and the ocean beyond. Quiet location features large private view deck and renovated interior. Doesn't get any better. Watch the life of Maui unfold from the morning till evening from your private 185 sq foot private view deck.
Large private condominium apartment at the resort condominium complex on the beach in sunny Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. 1 bedroom with king bed and private attached bathroom. 2nd bedroom with twin beds, and 2nd bathroom down the hall with shower, large living area, dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar. General Info:
The Maui Sunset is located on over 5 acres of oceanfront at Kihei which is considered one of the best locations on the Valley Isle. Kihei is noted for its year-round sunshine, balmy trade winds, and soothing evening air. It is one of the driest and sunniest areas on the entire island, averaging only 10 inches a year! World famous swimming and snorkeling beaches are minutes away at one of the many sandy safe beaches at Kihei and nearby Wailea. Just a short distance (6 miles) from five championship 18-hole resort golf courses at Wailea and Makena. The two buildings frame and protect a large recreational area that is carefully attended and landscaped. The 60-foot swimming pool with its broad decks and abundance of pool furniture invites you to improve on your tan.

Love the Maui Sunset, been staying there since 1989. Beautiful views, grounds, pool, location. This condo is very clean, neat and comfortable with a breathtaking view every day. Will be back.

My vacation rental was great until a bird got in my condo for hours and I had to clean up the bird mess.I even had the maintenance man come and he said the bird was gone. hours later it flew out from under the couch. I would hate to see what is under there.

Spent a great 4th of July holiday at the Maui Sunset. Our unit was perfect for a family of 5. We had a fantastic view of the ocean from our balcony and was close to the swimming pool, tennis courts and shuffle board. Will definitely visit again!

Communication and ease of booking/checking in and out was great! The location was also perfect for exploring all of Maui. There are a few thing to be aware of…
1. The place is not cleaned well at all! I actually had to clean the showers before I would let my family use them and I am not even a clean freak. Additionally, there was a thick layer of dust on flat surfaces, and whoever used the pots and pans last did not actually clean them. Gross.
2. I would not recommend the pull out couch for anyone over the age of 5. We actually purchased a blow up mattress at Walmart for our teenager as the pull out is not comfortable and was filled with sand. This property is best suited for 4 people in my opinion.
3. We had to also buy batteries for the remote and lightbulbs for the lights as they were not in working condition. Just kinda annoying to not have spares in the utility closet. But was on trend with #4…
4. There are no basic staples in the rental. So if you plan on cooking in the very nicely remodeled kitchen you will need to buy everything! Including cooking oil, salt & pepper, etc. Also don’t forget to buy ice as there are no ice trays.
And last but not least, 5. Property staff are not friendly! Upon checking in at the front desk I walked in and said “good morning, how’s it going?” And she replied “busy. What do you need.” 😳
Overall we made it work and enjoyed the island, but I wouldn’t stay here again.
