(Note: There is NO fee to use the pool or hot tub without heating).
♨️ Hot Tub Heating: Available for an extra $65 / day (Hot Tub only).
🔥 Heated Pool Option: Available for $235 / day (Requires a 2-day minimum as it takes 24 hours to preheat).
🐾 Pet Policy: Well-behaved "small" pets are welcome with prior disclosure! There is a $190 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must remain in their kennel or the Solarium when unattended, and use the designated side yard next to the BBQ. Please keep the pool area pet-free and clean up after your furry friend.

We want you to have a perfect stay! To keep our neighborhood happy, we kindly ask that you review these guidelines before booking:
🚫 No Parties: We have a strict "No Alcohol Parties" policy. Casual, responsible consumption with family and friends is absolutely fine!
🚘 Easy Parking: Features a 2-car rear driveway accessed from the alley, plus additional spaces directly in front of the house.
🛑 Neighbor Courtesy: Please do not block the mailbox or park in front of any neighbors' homes under any circumstances.
Property Standards Registration: STR-1608-002. Guests agree to the standard liability hold-harmless policy upon booking completion.

The pool/hot tub/packyard patio area is very nice! We loved hanging out back there. I also really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, cutlery, etc.). We cooked all of our meals at the house, and it was very convenient. I also really liked the shower in the master bathroom with the overhead rain shower and the side wall jets. The two living room/den spaces also worked really well for entertainment and conversations. The house was GREAT for our family get-together!!!

House was very clean and exactly as portrayed. I thought the pool would be heated but didn’t read that there are up charges to heat the pool and hot tub. Eddie was extremely quick to respond and we loved staying at this beautiful home.

Had a wonderful 10 day stay with family visiting from England. Well appointed house with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Very well decorated with an eclectic artistic eye. Amazing pool area, very private and accommodated our 7 person family. The kids loved feeding the fish everyday. Very welcoming for your fur babies and if you need to work the office is convenient. Wonderful communication. The digital guest guide was a really handy touch. We'll definately be back!
