The apartment is bright, quiet and very nice for up to 5 people in a nice and tidy complex.
The private apartment is accessible by elevator and on the lower floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds which can be joined to have a single large double bed, a bathroom, a utility room with washing machine and the staircase leads directly to living room with kitchen from which you have access to the terrace equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs.
Also in the living room there is a large sofa, a TV with satellite channels and the kitchen with electric hob with oven,refrigerator, dining table and everything you need:
- toaster
- kettle
- microwave
- coffee maker
- Bath towels and sheets
- Hair dryer
- iron and ironing board
- safe
SWIMMING POOL CLOSED FROM 20TH MAY TO 10TH JUNE DUE TO MAINTENANCE WORK

For lost keys there is an extra of 30 euros per lock change.

The complex has a swimming pool, bar and is only 5 minutes drive from the main beaches such as Playa de Las Americas and Playa del Duque and its charming shops.

There was a one hour delay at check-in,we had to wait at the street under the sun until we get the door code. In the bedroom on the first floor, all the shelves and bedside tables were very dusty and there was an unpleasant smell of dampness. The neighbors on the floor above are local residents, very noisy. For several nights it was impossible to sleep.
