PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.
The Parrish Collection is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals on Kauai and Maui. The view from this property is incredible! The villa is lovely, although we did find some things, like the couch, blinds, and carpet, a bit tired. An air conditioning unit would also be a nice enhancement. However, we loved being able to walk to the nearby beach and Hyatt property. We also had fun with the tennis court and swimming pool.

The condo itself is great. Parrish is very good to work with. But… this unit is right next to a water treatment plant. Though you can’t really see it you can hear the motors running 24/7 and there’s a vague odor. This prevented us from opening the windows and enjoying the tropical breeze

We had a great visit to Kauai and this condo was perfect. Everything was as described/pictured. The master bed was very comfortable. The view cannot be beat, we could walk to Shipwreck beach and Poipu beach was a five minute drive.
Kauai is quiet and beautiful, a great escape!
