From the moment you arrive, this stunning waterfront home on Lake Charlevoix invites you to slow down and settle in. Perfectly positioned along the scenic narrows, this thoughtfully designed retreat blends comfort, space, and effortless lakefront living—ideal for family gatherings or a peaceful Northern Michigan getaway.
At the heart of the home is a spacious, chef-inspired kitchen built for connection and entertaining. Features include:
Expansive work island, Double-door refrigerator with ice maker, Two dishwashers for added convenience along with
High-end appliances throughout. Cable and Wifi are included, ensuring you stay connected while enjoying your time away.
The home offers five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, thoughtfully designed to accommodate both comfort and privacy. The primary suite features a queen bed and an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additional bedrooms include a mix of queen and full beds, along with a dedicated kids’ room featuring two sets of bunk beds—ideal for younger guests. Altogether, the home comfortably sleeps up to 10 adults and 2 children.
The remaining two full bathrooms are conveniently located among the guest bedrooms, with one offering a tub/shower combination and the other a walk-in shower, ensuring ease and accessibility for larger groups.
With both air conditioning and heat, the home provides year-round comfort. Each space has been thoughtfully designed with both functionality and relaxation in mind, creating an inviting atmosphere where everyone can feel at home.
The living spaces are just as inviting. A large-screen TV sits beside a natural wood-burning stone fireplace, creating a cozy spot to relax. A second sitting room also features a large TV and beautiful views of the narrows. The home includes a dining room, multiple gathering spaces, and a tiered deck with a seasonal hot tub overlooking a well-kept, landscaped yard.
Lakefront Living: Enjoy direct access to the water with a private dock and covered boathouse, making it easy to bring or rent a boat and experience the best of Lake Charlevoix. Located right on the narrows of Lake Charlevoix, you’re just a few miles from downtown Charlevoix and a short drive to Petoskey. You can also take an easy day trip to Traverse City or head north to Mackinaw for a ferry ride to the island.

We LOVED our stay at this property. If you have children, this place is a must. They have bunk room, paddle boards, kayaks and fishing pools. Since the property is in the Narrows, it's a no wake zone. Meaning the children can enjoy the water without the worry of speeding boats going by. It's also perfect to just sit on the dock and watch the parade of boats. Hot Tub and Solo Stove were nice additions. We cooked a lot at home and the kitchen had everything we needed plus a great grill. Overall, an exceptional property that we will visit again.

We all had a wonderful time in Charlevoix and staying at Lake Escape helped make our time there even more memorable. The home was terrific for our family - the kitchen is spacious and well stocked, the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and nice, the master suite was lovely. The patio served us well - especially the hot tub, fire pit and grill. The view is spectacular. We loved sitting in the dock, jumping in the lake, using the inner tubes, paddles boards and kayak! The location is perfect - only a short drive into town. And close to The Landing restaurant and Ironton Ferry. We highly recommend thisproperty!
