Place was clean and comfortable. Wish the hot water heater had a bigger capacity, but I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was ocean until infinity. We loved playing at the beach and swimming in the pools. Easy check in and check out with the property management.

Reviewer Comments:
Reasonable. The floors needed cleaning. There were no instructions for TV. 1404 is very dated.Had to evacuate the building at 4AM due to a false fire alarm. Going down 14 flights of stairs at 93 years old at 4Am is possibly life threatening.
