Summary:
Situated on the edge of Lookout Mountain, this townhouse has stunning views over the northwest corner of Georgia, into Alabama and Tennessee. The townhouse features two bedroom suites on separate floors for privacy , a well appointed living room with a 60" television for those weekend football games, and a fully equipped kitchen. You can have dinner on the screened porch and then relax in the four-person hot tub on the covered, open air porch.
The Space:
Welcome to our home. It's a 2,000 sqft townhouse right the edge of Lookout Mountain with unobstructed views looking over Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee. On the main level of the townhouse is a large master bedroom with a king size bed, seating area, private full bath and double french doors that open to the deck and two person hot tub. The living room, dining room and kitchen is a spacious open floor plan. There is also a second full bathroom and laundry room. The glass doors off the living room open to a wonderful screened porch with a seating area, dining area and our fantastic view!
The downstairs bedroom suite has a door that walks out onto the grassy yard on the bluff of the mountain. It also includes a half bath, a queen size bed, and a sitting area with a flat screen TV and queen sized memory foam sofa bed.
Enjoy our super-fast wifi.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the townhouse including a gorgeous screened in porch, open deck for grilling, and hot tub!
The Neighborhood:
While here, you'll be close to area attractions and all that this mecca for outdoor enthusiasts has to offer. This townhouse is on the race route of many local and national bicycle road races, and only a few miles from epic mountain bike trails, rock climbing, caving, hang gliding at Lookout Mountain Flight Park, and hiking at Georgia's Cloudland Canyon State Park.
Historic civil war sites are abundant in the area, and white water rafting on the Ocoee River is a scenic one hour drive.
For guests wanting to include a city experience during their stay, the townhouse is just a 20-minute drive to downtown Chattanooga with its many attractions, restaurants, shopping and more.
Other Things to Note:
The downstairs bedroom suite has a queen size bed and a new sleeper sofa. Upstairs has a king size bed.

The home was very clean and met our needs perfectly. The view from the deck was beautiful and both the master bed (king - main floor) and the secondary bed (queen - in basement) were very comfortable. The hot tub on the deck was very clean also. The location was great...within 10-20 minutes of everywhere we wanted to visit in the Chattanooga area.

First thing was the outside garbage can was full to the top.I had to pull a box out to make room for some of the garbage produced while there.There was foam in the hot tub when I opened it the first night. I left it running and open awhile and the foam went away.We tried to use the tub the smell of chlorine was overwhelming, like too much. The white liner of the tub was stained above the water line.Next day more foam, we tried once more after that then gave up on hot tub.This was our second visit to this same rental unit. We were so pleased the first time two years prior that we went back to it after two other vacations at other properties.The view was still just as awesome, but I feel the property has not been maintained well.

The kitchen was lacking in silverware and glasses. The knats in the kitchen and bathrooms were intolerable. Rick did come out to treat them on the 5th day of our 6 day stay. It knocked them down some. The back porch made the location, stunning views. However the AC unit under the porch sounded like a jet engine taking off when running. It was hard to hold a conversation over it. We reported it the first day and send a video to Rick. He confirmed it sounded like it was on its way out. Nothing was done about it. We learned to lower the temp while out sightseeing during the day in hopes it wouldn’t cut on while out back in the evening.
