Crimson is a Smoke Free property including all private balconies and common areas. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed. Please note that lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.
The newly remodeled kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including french door refrigerator, maple wood cabinets, underground stainless sink, nickel faucets and all utilities you will need for your visit. New pendant lighting surrounds the kitchen and bar seating area. In the living room, new leather sofa, flat screen TV with DVD offers a quiet space for relaxing. Offering sensational beach and pool views on the huge side balcony. Enjoy colorful sunsets from this one of a kind vantage point!
203 Crimson has two master suites. The first has a king canopy bed with walkout balcony. The bath includes double sinks, nickel faucets, double mirrors, frameless shower doors and granite counters. The second master has a king bed and walk out balcony. Two twin beds and one bunk bed furnish the 3rd bedroom. All bedrooms contain new bedding and comfortably sleeps up to six people. As with every SunHost property, linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival. Washer and dryer, are here as well for your convenience.
Amenities also include daily access to the main office for any business needs that arise, such as copying and printing boarding passes. Maintenance is also available seven days a week along with an after-hours emergency call attendant. This is a non smoking home.

View of ocean was great! Balcony large enough for all six of us to be comfortable.Great having games, puzzles and books available to use. Games were good at night!Property lacked basic kitchen items and paper products - no paper towels, napkins, Kleenex, etc. No beach essentials - towels, chairs, umbrella, etc. Would be a good touch.Parking under building was nice to keep car cool! Access to beach is nice - having to use a key to get onto and off of beach could be a challenge as we had 3 couples but only 2 keys avaialble.Pool area was small and property didn’t have area around pool similar to properties on either side. Would have been nice to have lounge chairs and such.All around great space with many amenities! Great location - easy to go over to boardwalk for food, shopping and water tours (jet ski, Dolphin tours, etc.)

The condo was a great set up and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We had plenty of beds. The only thing was the Master Bedroom bed was hard and they do not supply beach chairs. Being on the beach, chairs are a must. Overall, we had a good experience and would stay here again.

Best Beach and location. Crimson needs to catch up on repairs after the storm Way behind other properties but the unit we stay in is great.

Crimson and Sunhost did provided another great experience. Unit bathroom showers need attention (grout and tile bleached out). Trash odor on property is bad. The flimsy trash bags provided are always going to break open in the trash shoot which may contribute to open trash.
