Management was great. A couple of suggestions to improve guest experience -- terrible smell from fridge that needs resolution; no iron or ironing board; no throw blankets or extra covers and it was a very cold week; more towels.

Great place and location!

House was nice and exactly as described. We loved the location of the house - it's practically across the street from beach access, right on the 30A bike trail, and in a less populated portion of the 30A region (which appealed to us).
We had only two small issues, and they are as follows. We were a little disappointed in the view from the 3rd floor (you do have very obstructed views of the gulf), but I was not mislead to believe that it was anything better than described. The only other small disappointment was the grill which was technically available, but not in any shape to actually use. Again - another small issue.
Communication and interactions with the rental company were good and efficient, so no issues there. We would absolutely stay at this location again.

Reviewer Comments:
We had a great time staying at Seaspray as the location is really great. The short walk to the beach access was nice. We had a few issues- the washer and dryer are pretty outdated compared to the rest of the appliances and was messed up the first few days of our stay. There also seemed to be a pest problem, which resulted in roaches in our sleeping areas and in our clean clothes in our open suitcase. The owner was very quick to respond with the issues that arose and the washer was semi fixed quickly, but it was still disappointing to have to deal with on vacation especially since a personal towel was ruined in the washer after the technician came out to fix it.
