One-bedroom duplex apartment with a large, private chill-out terrace. With views of the Seville skyline and the Giralda and Cathedral.
Enjoying a central location by the famous Alfalfa square, the Cathedral and many other touristical sights, are only a 5 minute walk away.
On the lower level is the living room with french windows and silk curtains. Furnished with a sofa, coffee table, armchair and smart TV. Dining table with chairs.
Next to the living-room, with a separate entrance is the fully equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils for self-catering.
A passage leads to the bedroom, with a double bed of 150 x 200 cm, built-in wardrobe and a window facing the quiet patio of the house. There is a marble-lined bathroom with rain-shower.
From the living room, stairs lead to the upper level with a private terrace inviting you to sunbathe or enjoy the balmy Seville nights in good weather and exceptional rooftop views, inlcuding the Giralda and Cathedral.
Terrace well furnished and decorated with an extendible canopy awning, deck-chairs and rattan lounge sofas - an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a drink or a meal.
Other features: central air-conditioning (hot/cold), free Wi-Fi internet access, solid cumaru wooden flooring throughout and original artwork.
This apartment is on the second floor of a contemporary residential building built in 2008 with an elevator, paved and plant-filled central patio, night-time timed lighting and a video entry-system.

Nice apartment for 2 people, large patio is lovely on warm days, lots of room to sit and enjoy a book and glass of wine. A word of caution to those that struggle with stairs, the terrace is up a flight of stairs within the apartment with not a lot of room at the top to unlock the door and gate, so it might not be ideal for those with mobility issues. The apartment is very quiet at night for sleeping, although the mattress isn’t supportive. Central location with grocery store, and attractions close by. Bathroom is clean, but water collects in the base while showering.
