There is a sofa and 2 armchairs for relaxing in.
Adjoining this is a fully equipped kitchen with oak worktops.
It has integrated fridge, slimline dishwasher, cooker with a gas hob.
Upstairs has a double room and a twin room with single beds.
The house bathroom has a bath with shower above it.
Outside is a small patio up steps next to the cottage leading to a lawned garden.
There is a table and seating to enjoy the Yorkshire sunshine!!
There is sometimes parking opposite the top of the cottage on the roadside but if this is taken there is free parking in front and behind the town hall which is only 25 metres away.
There is also a free parking permit for the National park car park at the bottom of the village.

Gregory view is a beautiful cottage, which looked to be recently decorated. The location is fantastic, very close to the village centre but far away enough to avoid some of the bars and pubs which can be noisy fairly late. I cannot recommend the place enough. Will definitely be returning!

We had a fabulous stay at this perfect little cottage! The location is ideal - just a short walk to the centre of Grassington. We parked at the Town Hall carpark which was a few minutes walk away and had plenty of space when we stayed. The cottage itself was spotless and had everything you could ask for. We were particularly pleased to have fire wood and coal provided so we could make a fire when it got chilly one evening!
