The house was big and very roomy. The kitchen was good. The staircase going downstairs to the bedroom might be great for young people, but we had four people over 65 years old so that was a little difficult. Todd was an excellent host. Communication was excellent. Going back-and-forth to the beach was so easy. I love that part. The cleaners are not great. I dropped something in the bedroom and had to go under the bed. OMG not good but that’s not always the host fault, they might not be aware I think that’s really my only sort of complaint lol all else was great.

Great location right across the street from public access to Wells Beach. Renovated parts were nice but owner should consider some additional work. Outdoor shower is effectively not functional, as shower head needs repair or replacement. Upstairs shower leaks small amount of water down onto dining room area/hall to kitchen. Door and windows to back deck have seen better days. Bathrooms, kitchen, and sheets/linens/towels were all clean, but bedrooms themselves need more attention from cleaners. Owner provided 24 hours notice for an exterminator coming for an inspection/treatment, but I don't that's something that should be scheduled during a vacation rental in the high season.

7 of us comfortably stayed in this charming rental with a great spot near the beach. We had everything we needed and the host was quick to reply and accommodating. Would recommend and hope to stay again.
