Sleep Accommodations: King Bed + Sleeper Sofa + Futon (Sleeps 4)
Retreat to a plush King-size bed, with additional sleeping space provided by a living room sleeper sofa and full-size futon.
The Kitchen: Fully equipped for home-cooked meals after a day in the surf.
Beach Ready: We provide a beach umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys so you can head straight to the water.
The Resort: Enjoy 24/7 security and access to two pools, a hot tub, BBQ areas, a fitness center (6 AM – 10 PM), and a fun-filled lounge with pool and ping-pong tables.

We love our vibrant coastal location, but we want to be completely transparent so you can plan the most comfortable stay possible. Because our home faces east and is situated close to the historic railway running along the California coast, you may occasionally hear or feel the passing train.
Since the home does not feature air conditioning, you have two options for managing temperature on warmer summer nights:
Keep the windows closed to minimize outside sound.
Open the windows to catch the evening breeze.
We have both ceiling fans and stand fans for your comfort.
If you are a light sleeper and prefer an open window, we want to ensure you still get a wonderful night's rest! To help mitigate any outside noise, we provide complimentary high-grade earplugs alongside a bedside [ Adaptive Sound Technologies Lectro Fan Classic Sound Machine to create a soothing ambient environment.

Checkin was easy. North coast community is slightly older complex but well maintained with some nice amenities. Can't beat the walk to the beach.
The condo is nice and the bed was comfortable. Overall the condo was pretty clean. The kitchen did seem to have an ant problem but it was easy to remedy with the rid that was under the sink. The major issue we had was how hot it was in the condo. No AC and the wrong facing condo for ocean breeze almost made it unabearable. Keeping the doors and windows open helped but the noise of the train is then very loud. I would recommend staying here when it is cooler out.

Excellent location, short walk through the complex to the beach. Beach toys, boogie boards, and beach towels were provided which was a huge perk! Place was clean and a sofa and futon for sleeping was perfect so the kids didn’t need to share a bed. We opened windows in evening to keep it cool and then closed them at night and ran fans and were fine with the trains. Kitchen well stocked! So much to do on property and not too far of a drive from both La Jolla south and Crystal Cove north for tide pooling and seal watching! Hope to stay again soon.

The location of the condo we stayed at was great. Minutes the beach, restaurants and a short drive to shops and even San Diego. No AC would have been fine if you could keep the screen door and window open… but with the passenger train and the freight train at night it was VERY loud and frequent so it’s not possible. The sleeping options need new mattresses and pillows, and the appliances are operational but VERY outdated. The beach equipment provided need to be renewed As they are torn and rusted out.
