Let the gentle ocean breezes caress you while you enjoy the gorgeous views of the Pacific from lovely Sunset Villa. Or, take in the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows inside. With its built-in bar, entertainment center, and living area that opens onto a large patio with pool, you’ll appreciate the quality and style of this ideal Pedregal home. Most of the villa’s spacious bedrooms have beguiling ocean views, and all have private bathrooms. There are also spectacular views from many vantage points on the property, but if you really can’t get enough of those sparkling blues, you merely have to take a short stroll on a private road that leads directly down to a scenic beach. Hanging around outside the villa has its perks too, with its infinity pool and the alfresco dining for 8 under the cozy palapa. The villa’s grounds are appealingly landscaped—in fact, “appealing” is a word that suits this villa perfectly. From its striking hillside setting to its travertine floors, Sunset Villa is an attractive home that will fulfill all your getaway needs.
