When the goal of your Outer Banks vacation is fun in the sun and games in the shade with a big group of your best peeps and family, this Corolla Shores homes delivers! This 7-bedroom Oceanside home in ever-popular Corolla boasts the most in-demand amenities, like a 14 x 30 in ground heated pool, hot tub, huge, fenced yard, pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, and an electrical vehicle charger! Plus, it's just a short 10-minute walk to the beautifully maintained community beach path that brings you directly to the shoreline.
On the first level, you'll find a billiards room with a wet bar and large flat-screen TV perfect for hanging out and watching the game. You'll also find two of the seven bedrooms on this level. The first is a king suite with a private bathroom fitted with a stand-up shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a pyramid bunk - Twin on top of a Queen. Both of these sumptuous bedrooms are beautifully decorated and are furnished with large flat-screen TVs. This level also features a full family bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a state-of-the-art washer and dryer.
From the first level, you and your family have access to the back yard which feels like your own private resort. With a large private pool, a hot tub, outdoor seating, and outdoor shower, your family will spend hours enjoying these amenities against the backdrop of the Outer Banks' natural beauty and the professionally landscaped surroundings.
On the second level, you'll find the main entrance to the home. This floor houses four of the seven decadent bedrooms. Two bedrooms are King En Suites, each containing full private bathrooms featuring stand-up showers. A third King Bedroom is found on this level. In each of these bedrooms you will also find deck access, and flat screen TVs. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a twin over twin bunk bed, twin bed, and TV and offers deck access looking over the pool. There is a shared full family bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
The third and main living level features an expansive open-concept floor plan. The living and dining rooms and kitchen flow seamlessly together so being in separate rooms won't interrupt your quality time. Experience the pleasure of cooking as a family in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a top-of-the-line GE refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Gather at the dining table with seating for eight. You and your family will love congregating in this open space to watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV in the living area or relax with a glass of wine on the poolside deck. This level is home to the final King En Suite with a private bathroom and poolside deck access. All bed linens and bath towels are provided.

This home is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.
Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.
This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**
Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.

The house offered great space for our party of 16. Many in our group were impressed by the comfort of the beds & pillows! The location and proximity to the beach and area amenities was perfect! There were a few misses with the property which we shared with the property manager: the house accommodates 16 but the stockpile of pots/pans utensils accommodated about 8; I understand there was a storm that blew-in the day we arrived, but the pool was a challenge because it was filled with debris and sand (I assume from the previous guests); there were cobwebs inside and on the front deck - along with a lot of spiders, it appeared to have been there for a while; and a few maintenance issues that were resolved during our stay. I just wish more time/attention had been given to these things prior to us arriving or having to point them out. I appreciated the property manager's attentiveness and willingness to resolve. Thank you for a great stay, overall our family enjoyed the stay!

Easy walk to the beach close to stores and was a nice stay overall. Lots of things in the kitchen to use so that was great and a regular coffee pot and a keurig! We had a great time

Kees Vacation company was not helpful with trash pick up. All trash bins were full. So left very little room for our trash.
Also the night lights in the pool and those outside the pool area were not working. Called maintenance but no one responded.

Very nice neighborhood. House is in a cul de sac which we did not realize but see as a nice little detail. Property is a little older than the other homes in the area. Needs a little updating/care but was cozy and adequate for our gathering.
