Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property description in the posting is very accurate. Unit was well-appointed, including a drying rack for swimsuits etc. on the lanai. Communications from/with property management company personnel (arrival info, availability in case of questions) were top notch. We had an excellent week staying here with lots of beach walking.

Great place. Clean, comfortable, ocean view and in walking distance of the beach. No hot tub as listed, but we didn’t care about that anyway.

Sanibel has come a long way after dealing with 2 hurricanes in a row but still needs a lot of work. The grounds at the condo still need some repair including the pool but the ocean was a good replacement. If your looking to hang out at the pool you can go to the rec center and pay a daily rate which is reasonable

This condo was dirty- the furniture was stained and overly used and old- the comforters for the beds looked super worn and old- the rugs were filthy- sad to say but this place decor was old and dingy looking- won’t be staying again
