-Bed linens (including one set of linens and one blanket for each bed), bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels
-Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including a coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender)
-Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
-Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)
Important Note:
-There is no pool and no parking
-This building is stair-access only; there is no elevator.
-This is a legal one-bedroom condo due to its size and full kitchen; however, there is no door separating the bedroom and living area.
Ali’i Beach Rentals is a full-service professional vacation rental company. We have our own in house maintenance, cleaning team, and professional property managers located in our Waikiki office who are available by phone 24/7 in case of emergencies.

This condo was perfect! Super clean, close to the beach and had all the fun toys we needed! We loved everything about it and will definitely be back!

Good location really close to the beach. Lots of food options. No elevator and no shampoo or conditioner for shower.

The unit was fine. Location was good. A bit loud (next to a hotel bar), and no parking in the area (suggested garage was at capacity and eventually we parked hourly at the zoo and walked). Unfortunately, the air conditioner was not fully functioning and was not cooling the whole space so we lost use of the bed for 3 nights. Although we checked in on Monday and immediately called the property manager. it took three days for them to reach the owner and to have it replaced. So we suffered for three nights when the weather was a high of 90, 90 and 88 respectively. I asked VRBO to intervene, but they were only able to negotiate 30% off on the three nights (despite how uncomfortable we were, and despite the fact that I paid for a product that they did not fully deliver). Fixing the issue as soon as possible (which was by Thursday afternoon) does not unfortunately make up for three really tough nights. They should have comped the nights or discounted at least by %50. Ultimately it was too complicated to find somewhere else and we just made it work and I was stuck with what VRBO could get them to agree with. This would have been a different review had they handled this differently, but here we are.
