Everything about the condo and the owner was fantastic!!! However outside the high rise smelled like open sewage every time we walked outside. It took our breath away. Also, I wasn't aware marijuana was legal. The almost constant smell of weed while we were at the pool was enough for 2nd hand high. So on one side - sewage.. the other pot... won't go back to that area again.

Owner was very informative and helpful. We left a piece of clothing by mistake that was sent back to us by the owner. We really appreciated that value added service. BB from TN

The property owner was absolutely the best! Janie was extremely helpful and answered any and all questions we had beforehand and checked on us during our trip to make sure everything was up to our standards. The condo is beautiful and you can see how Janie considered this as not only a rental but like it is her home. Very well stocked with just about everything you need! The beds and bedding were comfortable and clean. This is probably the cleanest condo we have stayed in during our vacations. The location to the beach crossover and the pool was perfect when traveling with small children. My 15 year old grandson enjoyed our condo over his as the view was perfect for watching all the “cool” trucks going by the balcony. Janie! You are an amazing person and we sure hope to rent your condo again very soon.
