This five bedroom, three bathroom home features a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room combination, central HVAC, cable TV in living room, wireless internet, microwave, coffee pot maker, dishwasher, washer & dryer, two wonderful screened in porches with rockers, covered parking, outside showers, and beautiful ocean front views. The first bedroom features one Queen, the second bedroom has one Double & one Twin, the third bedroom has one Double & one Twin, the fourth bedroom has a Double, and the fifth bedroom has a Double. Overall the house, crab dock and rental company were great. The house is setup well with a common living/eating area in the center. We had 2 families with 8 teenagers and adults. The beach and road is busy Saturday, Sunday and Monday being close to the South Parking lot, but the rest of the week is pretty quiet. The dock is good for fishing, crabbing and launching a kayak rental. The only downside to the house is the hotwater heater doesn't have enough capacity for the 3 bathrooms when everyone comes in from the beach late to shower. The 3rd bathroom needs its own hot water supply. The kitchen is pretty well stocked for cooking but needs a stovetop griddle for making pancakes for a crowd. The place was clean and the bedding and linens were good. All big pluses for a beach rental. We would stay here again!

Unfortunately the weather ran us out. Great house, needs a disposal and there are not TV's in every bedroom. Would definitely rent it again. Wish I had bought Insurance
