The fully equipped kitchen has a separate dining area with seating for four at the table and another two at the breakfast bar.
Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, access to central laundry facilities on the premises, and parking for one vehicle. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Perfect place to stay for a solo or couple trip to Breck. Short walk to Quicksilver and a downtown.

Great location and has potential if refreshed. Couch was dirty, pillows didn’t stay put. Previous guest open food left in cabinet (bread, opened pasta sauce), hair in ice tray. Dated appliances that had odor(fridge/freezer). Bed covering had stains and smelly. Wouldn’t take much to refresh. Probably will check out other places next year.
