As a Board, we meet once in-person annually. We are a group of 7 and this rental was perfect. Every member had the privacy they deserved. The views of the ocean were beautiful. We also had the luxury of meeting indoors and outdoors. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed. It was a wonderful weekend. The location was perfect!

Some things didn’t work ( coffee maker, kitchen outlets, smaller oven). Everything else was great. Had a pac and play and high chair for the baby. Really could have used an elevator though.

A great location - super easy access to the beach and close enough to the busy areas but far enough to where you had some privacy. Check-in was very straightforward and communication was great. The property had some maintenance issues (missing/broken door handles in the bathroom, broken toilet seats, shower doors off the track, etc) that were a mild annoyance and should be repaired. But overall, had a good experience
