The cozy living area features vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV w/Xbox, and plenty of seating for everyone to gather and relax. You can also step out onto the private patio to take in the trees, mountain stream, and brisk mountain air. The full kitchen features granite tile counters and all the appliances and cookware you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three at the counter for breakfast and snacks.
The Riverbend Lodge offers plenty of amenities too, including: large indoor and outdoor hot tubs; a dry sauna and steam room; an exercise room; private ski lockers on the ground floor; and indoor heated parking. Plus, all SMR properties, all linens and basic toiletries are supplied, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also on call 24/7 to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and worry-free as possible.

Our fourth visit to this wonderful condo. Disappointed with amount of snow but made the best of it. Of course the day we leave they had 7” and excellent skiing conditions. Looking forward to next year

We had a great stay! Cozy, comfortable and well stocked place. Beds super comfy. In unit washer/dryer. That gas fireplace!! Loved ski shop right next door for easy access to rentals and they stored our equipment too. Ski out. The 4o’clock run was closed but it was an easy shuttle back. Loved the 2 hot tubs, especially the outdoor one. Great location. Walked to town for dinner every night. Breck is just stunning for Christmas!! Highly recommend!!

The bathrooms are old and small. Not comfortable. The apartment is ok. Very well located.
