Perfect. Very clean and welcoming. Loved the snacks. Plenty of towels. Loved the shelf with the games and books. Easy access to Hot Springs. We were there for Dance Competition. Wish we could have stayed/spent more time to enjoy the water view.

Wonderful time. Private, quiet, and beautiful. We had an amazing stay at this lakefront rental on Lake Hamilton! The location couldn’t have been better — right on the water with beautiful views from morning to night. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. We loved being able to sit out on the deck with coffee in the mornings and watch the boats go by.Access to the lake was easy, and we spent plenty of time fishing, swimming, and just relaxing by the water. The dock made it simple to tie up our boat, which was a huge plus. Inside, the house felt cozy but spacious, with enough room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves.It was also a quick drive into Hot Springs for restaurants, hiking, and exploring downtown — but honestly, we didn’t want to leave the house most of the time.Highly recommend this place if you want a peaceful lake retreat with all the convenience of being close to town. We’ll definitely be back!

Great lakehouse! Great location and amenities! Enjoyed the 4th of July with family, who lived across the lake. The rest of the fam rented the place next door. We will be back!

Overall the property was ok. It had great proximity to the lake and dock access, but it just felt very small. There is a bunk bed with full mattresses that is meant to sleep 4. I would definitely not recommend trying to get 9 in here. Also, be aware their are two buildings with the same address here. This one is the "Loft" not the "House".
