The host was friendly, responsive and helpful. There were a number of helpful items left in the house for the pool as well as some other useful things like a wagon and some games

This place was perfect for our big family that also needed some space , we rented both units. Management was very responsive and it was clean. We received a personalized sweet treat, which was very nice. Loved having beach wagons and chairs. My only critique would be that the units need to be maintained and updated. There were lots of minor issues with running toilets, doors that didn’t shut, no working ice machines or water dispenser, broken garage door, broken bikes, broken blinds, etc. nothing that ruined our fun, but for the money we paid to stay here all these things shouldn’t of been an issue. The communication was very easy.

This is a perfect home for a getaway. Right near town, the beach, restaurants, etc. The owner was very responsive and on top of everything. The house comes equipped with everything you need during your stay, including kitchen items, barbecue grill, beach chairs, supplies. I would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful! The Big Kahuna is perfectly located in Siesta Key and had every amenity needed!!
