A sitting area is next to the dining area. There access to the outside decks through sliding doors and an opportunity to relax on the deck furniture. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

The bedrooms include a King Master Suite with a shower and separate tub in its master bath; this bedroom has deck access too. The Queen Master Suite has a shower/tub combo in its master bath and the bedroom with 2 Double beds can use the hall bathroom (shower/tub combo). All the bedrooms have flat-screen TVs.
