Sparkling blue beaches…. sugar white sand…. blissful sunny days. It all awaits you at 117 Gulf Shore Drive - West. This vacation home is built right on the sand in the residential enclave of Gulf Trace - just off 30A in Grayton Beach. With 2900 square feet, our home offers five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and is roomy enough to comfortably accommodate up to thirteen guests.
No need to rush to get to the beach – you are already there! Take time to sit on the balcony and enjoy watching the kids play in the sand. With 80 feet of beach frontage, there is no better beach location. So come prepared to build a sand castle and bask in the sun!
Designed with family enjoyment in mind, our main level offers an open concept living and kitchen area. New LVP flooring and new furnishings invite you to relax and enjoy your beach experience. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless appliances, and is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals for your stay. For the chef in the group, there is a BBQ grill on the balcony. The living area offers plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to enjoy movie entertainment on the large flat panel HDTV television. Complimentary WIFI is provided.
Each of the five bedroom suites offers a private, full bathroom. There is beachfront balcony access from two of the bedrooms. For your convenience, a full laundry room is located on the main level.

2nd FL: King bedroom with full bathroom and balcony, King bedroom with full bathroom and balcony, 1 Queen bedroom with full bathroom, Kids room with twin over twin bunk, twin over full bunk, and full bathroom.
Dining out is a delight in Grayton Beach! Great restaurants abound from casual to elegant in the old village of Grayton Beach itself or nearby in Seaside or Blue Mountain Beach. In fact, all of the picturesque villages of Scenic 30A are just minutes away offering delightful diversions for sensational shopping at unique boutiques, free live musical entertainment and special seasonal festivities. The location is unsurpassed, and the accommodations are perfect ~ make some beach memories at 117 Gulf Shore Drive in Grayton Beach! All vehicles parked at a residence must fit within the boundaries of the driveway (can fit 3 cars) RV's and camper trailers are not allowed. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed at guest's expense. *Golf Cart rentals are not allowed per neighborhood association.
CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

The house was great for our family of ten. Ages ranged from 8 months to 88! The common area and kitchen area was perfect for family dinners and watching soccer games. The location on the beach is perfect. It is not crowded on the beach but you doneed to set your chairs and tents upearly in the morning if you are not renting. Fun bike ride to Grayton Beach shopping and restaurants, Seaside and Blue Mountain Beach area.Our only disappointment was the queen bedroom on first floor. My elderly in-laws stayed in that room because of the location and not having to take stairs to their room. The bedroom has no closet or storage. It is a room with a queen bed pushed up against the wall. There is a TV on a small table, but no storage for your clothes or bags. In addition, the only bathroom downstairs in common area shares with this queen bedroom as well. Maybe they could consider doing a closet in the laundry for guests that stay in this area. It is just a really small room for 2 people. We did have some issues with the doors closing and locking to the balcony in one of the king rooms, but we didn't report it till the end of the trip because there were nokids in the room. It just randomly opened during the night so that was a little crazy! Also, there is no ice machine but there is deep freezer to keep bags of ice which works great. There is a beverage fridge in bar area so that is great for drinks. We brought a big cooler for patio, but didn't need it. We had groceries delivered so that made everything easy! We drove so we were able to bring beach chairs and tents/umbrellas. This house is priced higher, but worth it in my opinion for the location right on the beach and not having to deal with the beach crowds. I was a little worried a little about having the houses attached to each other, but never heard our neighbors and it wasn't a problem at all. The house and views were absolutely beautiful! We rented one side and other family members rented the other. The grandkids loved playing in Alligator Lake! Our only complaint was that the Coyote gas grills at both units didn’t work which was a problem for our large crowd.

Perfect house for my family of 9! The best feature is the view of the beach and the short walk. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to cook. Our host got back to us very quickly on a few things that needed attention. We will be staying there next year!

We had the most amazing stay at this beach house for our girls trip! The home itself is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and so comfortable for a group. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather together, The highlight, was the view - unbeatable!! Being right on the beach made everything feel so relaxing and special, and we never got tired of looking out at the water. It was the perfect setting for a memorable trip, and we would absolutely stay here again!
