Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms on the first floor; first bedroom (which can be configured as a twin if preferred) with en suite with walk-in shower and the master double with an en suite with bath and overhead shower and a separate walk-in shower. The master double has a jacuzzi on the balcony. The third double bedroom is located on lower level, with double bed and en suite with walk-in shower.
Full Villa Description:
Beautiful junior villa offering idea holiday accommodation on the Resort, with immediate access to Helios Heights communal pool, and just a 2 minute stroll from the tennis and padel courts, and Resort village centre. The interiors are light, bright with lovely decor. On the ground floor the living area has comfortable sofas with large Smart TV (with comprehensive TV system that has a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option). The open-plan kitchen and dining room is also on the same level, and both rooms have patio doors that open up to the fantastic outside terrace.
The outside terrace is beautiful – it has a covered patio with dining table and chairs, comfortable seating and gas BBQ. The garden off the terrace is south-facing and enjoys day-round sunshine, has an astroturf lawn and sunbeds, as well as a little gate that leads straight out on to the communal pool. A fantastic outside space that is a joy to spend sunny holiday days relaxing and dipping in the pool.
All bedrooms are en suite, and the master bedroom benefits from having a jacuzzi on the balcony, with views overlooking the communal pool. The first two bedrooms are on the first floor (one of which can be configured as a twin if preferred), and the third bedroom is in the basement level, with natural light from a small patio.

Helios Heights Village on Aphrodite Hills Resort, Cyprus. Helios Heights Village is around a 5 minute stroll from the resort village square (cutting through the tennis courts which are neighbouring the village). It is a great village for families and kids of all ages – with a fantastic communal pool with beach entrance and waterfall, as well as a separate children’s splash pool.

Our standard check-in procedure is that we meet our guests at the resort entrance, show you to your holiday home, give you a brief guided tour and hand over the keys.


We will request your full flight details ahead of your arrival, in order to make sure that your meet & greet runs smoothly.


During times of Covid-19 we can also offer a remote check-in service in order to minimise contact; full instructions/directions/map shall be sent in advance, as well as more detailed information on the property, a key box code and a telephone number to contact in case of any questions.
