GOOD TO KNOW
─────────────────────────
The cabin sits in a wooded setting with no immediate neighbors — genuinely private. You're in nature, so you may hear birds and the occasional woodland critter. We work with pest professionals to keep the interior comfortable; keeping doors and windows closed when you're not on the deck helps.

Black bears are native to the Smoky Mountains. Sightings near the property are uncommon, but if you encounter one, keep a safe distance and do not approach or feed it.

Check-in is seamless via smart lock — no key pickup required.
