Newly renovated, this lovely 50m2 studio is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. It is located on the 2nd floor with an elevator.

Relax in the living room, which features a comfortable queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. There is also a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a dining table. The area has a warm ambience and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as an electric hob, an oven, and a coffee machine, to prepare delicious meals.

The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This charming property is surrounded by some of the city's most iconic attractions. Guests can easily visit the stunning Luís I Bridge and the famous Livraria Lello bookstore. The nearby Restaurante Abadia do Porto offers a fantastic dining experience for those looking to indulge in delicious cuisine. Those needing relaxation can visit the luxurious spa at The Yeatman Hotel, just a short distance away. With its great location, this property is the perfect base for exploring all Porto offers.

It is conveniently situated within walking distance of two major metro stations. Bolhão station is just a 6-minute walk away, while 24 de Agosto station is a 7-minute walk from the accommodation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
