Another rare aspect of this condo is a large laundry room located just off the kitchen. An open concept kitchen, dining area, and the living room are spacious, and all offer spectacular views of the gulf. Walk out onto the oversized balcony from the living room for a view of the world’s most beautiful beach! This condo has everything needed to create the feel of a home at the beach. We’ve even included free beach service with 2 chairs and an umbrella from March through October!
