Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.
Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

We enjoyed our stay at the Grandview. The room did smell a little musty when we walked in. It got better leaving the patio door open as much as possible. The pool area is small, but we were there on weekdays, so It wasn't so bad. I'd imagine it would be pretty loud in the middle of summer. Overall, the location is perfect.

The condo was great! Beds were super comfortable! It was quiet. Perfect for the girls weekend. The only draw back was that the jets in the hot tub for the property were not working. Was one of the reasons I booked this particular place was because it had a hot tub.

We have stayed at the Grandview many times and this time was such a bummer. The pool was colder than the lake, the hot tub was cold, and the slide was broken. We spoke with many other guests who were disappointed as well. We reached out to the management company and they were not very helpful. We have little kids and would have really appreciated the heads up that the slide was broken. They said it wont be back up until October if at all. The unit was ok but was overshadowed by the lack of maintenance at the pool area.
