A special dining area offers chic seating for 10 at the large custom table with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar.
The Penthouse offers five bedrooms with TVs, ensuite bathrooms, and beautiful views. The large primary bedroom with king bed enjoys a gas fireplace and private deck, perfect for morning coffee or sunset views. A spa-like ensuite bath features a steam shower, soaking tub, and dual vanities. The second guest suite has a king bed and beautiful ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.
There are two bunkrooms that each offer two sets of twin over full bunk beds. One bunkroom is next to the primary bedroom and has an ensuite bathroom with a tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity. The second bunkroom has an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. A 5th room has a full bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Guests are allowed two vehicles in the parking garage. Valet parking is available.

This is a VERY nice residence in a hotel environment with all the expected amenities and more. The on-site staff were extremely helpful and friendly while respecting our privacy at all times. There is easy access to the ski slopes and the base shops, bars, etc. It was extremely comfortable and spacious, and the kitchen was very well-equipped. Overall, just a wonderful place to go for a ski trip!

Moving mountains was responsive and helpful. Everything felt special. Had a little snafu in that I didnt realize the 5th bedroom was a sleeper sofa, but that was probably on me. Ease of getting lift tickets and airport transfers was great. Unit was very well appointed with everything we needed. Tons of storage to keep it neat!

My family and my sister's family stayed in this property over New Year's. We had a wonderful time skiing at Steamboat and visiting the town. The property itself is beautiful and spacious. There were 8 of us (4 teenage kids and 4 adults), and we all had plenty of space. The staff at One Steamboat Place were helpful, particularly in arranging local transportation and in scheduling dogsledding, dinner reservations and other activities. We would definitely return.
