Best of both worlds quiet location and Maui views. Relax after a day of ocean actives or sightseeing on the lanai. Beach chairs, pool/beach towels, full size appliances including air conditioning and washer dryer. Starter set of Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bathroom. Really, just hit the grocery store and you are set for the week!

Quiet location features large private view deck and renovated interior. Doesn't get any better. Watch the life of Maui unfold from the morning till evening from your private 114 sq foot private view deck.

The Maui Sunset is located on over 5 acres of oceanfront at Kihei which is considered one of the best locations on the Valley Isle. Kihei is noted for its year-round sunshine, balmy trade winds, and soothing evening air. It is one of the driest and sunniest areas on the entire island, averaging only 10 inches a year! World famous swimming and snorkeling beaches are minutes away at one of the many sandy safe beaches at Kihei and nearby Wailea. Just a short distance (6 miles) from five championship 18-hole resort golf courses at Wailea and Makena. The two buildings frame and protect a large recreational area that is carefully attended and landscaped. The 60-foot swimming pool with its broad decks and abundance of pool furniture invites you to improve on your tan.

We had a wonderful stay at Maui Sunset. My only complaint is the ac turns off after 4 hours but we aren’t there for the room we are there to see Maui so I’d absolutely stay there again. Their cleaning practices for the property were immaculate and the grounds had quite a few amenities. My children loved the tennis and the golf. The property was also in a fantastic location! Close to so many things.

We love the Maui Sunset, and this is our second time staying with them. Other than some very shredded curtains in our room (this was disappointing) and a broken table on the lanai (glass was broken in several place) everything was clean, in good condition and well stocked. The grounds are wonderful (though much less green at the end of May than we've seen in the past). The pool and other amenities are fabulous for families.

This was our first time in Kihei as we have normally booked vacation spots in Kaanapali. What a surprise to stay in such a nice place which was located minutes to the main restaurants, beaches and shopping areas in Kihei. Close to Walia and Paia. The unit fit our entire family of 5 nicely. It was also nice to just walk out to the beach as well.
