Offering an enclosed garden and enviable location just a short distance from the beach, this lovely holiday property is hard to resist.. Ground Floor:
Living room: 42" Freeview TV
Kitchen/dining room: Sofa Bed (Double)Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Bedroom 2: Single (3ft) Bed
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Gas central heating.. All properties: Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. . A superb private development of holiday homes, situated close to the beach in the traditional east coast holiday resort of Mablethorpe. With its sandy beaches, fair, amusements, Queens Park paddling pools and brightly coloured beach huts, Mablethorpe is a lovely place for a family holiday.
A drive or bus ride south along the coast takes you to Sutton-on-Sea, Sandilands and Anderby Creek, all popular for lovely walks along the seafront or along their sandy beaches. Further south is Fantasy Island and Butlin’s for adventure filled family days out, with Skegness and its funfair and attractions including the Embassy Theatre and Cinema also offering plenty to see and do. To the north is Donna Nook Seal Sanctuary and breeding grounds, which are always well worth a visit during the breeding season with usually around a thousand seal pups born here each year.
Each property has its own enclosed, lawned garden, perfect for sitting back and relaxing under the starry sky. There are an abundance of cafés, restaurants and bars offering food and drink, as well as food delivery options if required. Beach ¼ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

This property is only 10 minutes walk from Mablethorpe beach, but you would never know you were at a busy resort. It’s tucked away safely behind a barrier a few streets from the beach and it was so peaceful, just what we wanted. The host went above and beyond in terms of communication and was super helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer welcome. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. If I was being nit picky, a tv in the bedroom would have been nice, but that’s a personal preference. It’s neutrally decorated, has few frills, but because of that you can relax knowing there’s nothing to damage. Our dogs loved the garden, very safe and useful for midnight emergencies. Outside tap is very useful for sandy puppies. A short hose would have been useful. Bed linen etc was spotless, the duvet is very warm, so if you like it cool, take your own. Would I stay again, absolutely.
